5 Axis boring and routing center with high flexibility and performances

In January 2008 the order was placed for the delivery of our second CNC! The new model has the flexibility of a 5th Axis to enable horizontal routing, More details will follow soon

MVS on the move!

In January 2006 MVS Contracts completed it's move to our newly refurbished 26,000 sq ft factory and office complex. Our facility provides us with an increase in production, storage and office space of more than 50% compared to our original site at Kirk Sandall

Investing in the future

Our new premises represent an investment in excess of £800k that includes a fully integrated extraction and heating system that recycles waste materials to heat the factory. We have also installed a new state of the art compressed air and paint shop extraction system.

More space = more efficiency

The increase in space enables us to maximise the efficiency of our two computerised beam saws and CNC machining centres. Sheet material storage has been positioned adjacent each machine so that a single operator can remove materials by forklift and machine them without assistance from others.

New offices

(new factory & office site opened Jan 2006)

Our small individual offices has been replaced with an open plan look with large individual areas which allows for both an open plan feel but still maintains privacy. We have new telephone system which allows callers to leave messages to all departments so that no calls are ever missed.

Corian and Velstone

We are certified fabricators of all kinds of solid surfaces including Corian, Velstone, Formica & LG HiMac's solid surface. Corian worktops are being installed by MVS at the Express by Holiday Inn sites across the UK, as well as fabricating for many other clients.

Over the past 12 months we have substantially increased our client portfolio as follows...
