History

We are a young, energetic family owned company established since 1992 with an impressive track record in the shopfitting, specialist joinery and building markets. In 2006, we moved to a bespoke facility at Planet Road, Adwick after 13 years in Kirk Sandall. From our base in South Yorkshire we serve a growing list of national clients, building on success born from a strong commitment to customer service, high quality standards and a "value for money" philosophy. In a competitive climate we have been successful in achieving a high growth rate and a steady expansion of our client base, which includes a number of leading national multiple retailers.

A totally flexible attitude to business enables us to manage a wide range of projects, working successfully alongside clients' own Architects and Project Managers.

Our core management team embraces the essential functions of Financial Control, Estimating, Setting-out and Contracts Management including Principal contractor responsibilities in accordance with the CDM regulations for projects of up to £1 MILLION POUNDS.

Our experienced team led by Managing Director Tim Scott, Project Director Mark Scott and Operations Director Scott Gilmour provide a contracts management service, which spans from conception to completion. Every site installation is personally controlled by a member of the management team to ensure that deadlines and budgets are achieved. Customer service and satisfaction are of paramount importance.

CAD Department

For Clients requiring development of design drawings into full working drawings. Our CAD department can offer this service and we can also receive E-mail drawings for instant receipt of revisions of full sets of contract or tender packages.
